DEA STATE & FEDERAL REGULATIONS
: Daily purchase limits (no more than 3.6 grams); 30-day mail-order purchase limits (no more than 7.5 grams); identification of the purchaser; and logging and reporting transactions to Federal and State authorities. We are required to verify identification by seeing a copy of photo identification from all customers who purchase items that contain PSE or Ephedrine. We offer 3 methods by which you can proceed with this requirement.

HOW TO PROVIDE PHOTO IDENTIFICATION for DEA requirements

. You may mail a copy of your driver’s license, or other photo ID issued by a State or Federal government, to the following address:

#2. You may scan or take a legible digital photo of your driver’s license, or other photo ID issued by a State or Federal government, and email a copy to [email protected].

. You may fax a copy of your driver’s license, or other photo ID issued by a State or Federal government, to the following fax number 1-860-523-0423 (poor quality or illegible copies can not be accepted and could delay your order).

PLEASE NOTE: The photo identification that is submitted must match the name listed in the shipping information for your order. Once we confirm receipt of your photo identification, we will ship your order as quickly as possible. If you are unable or choose not to provide us with a copy of your photo ID, or if we do not confirm receipt of your photo ID within 24 hours from the time your order was placed, we will simply remove the products containing PSE from your purchase and ship the remaining items.

You will only need to send a copy of your ID once. After we have verified it, you may order additional PSE products without re-sending another copy.
