Many drugs or pharmaceuticals are very potent and can be dangerous if not used in accordance with your doctors' directions. We reserve the right to not dispense any prescription we feel may endanger you, the patient, or that may not conform to our professional policies.

This includes at least one prior in-person medical evaluation or medical evaluation via telemedicine in accordance with applicable requirements of section 309 of the Controlled Substances Act.
